- US$35 cleaning fee per stay
- Taxes included · 2-night minimum
More than 7 days before arrival: 50% to confirm and 50% due 7 days before arrival.
7 days or less before arrival: 100% due to confirm.
Credit or debit card by secure payment link. Costa Rican guests may also pay by bank transfer or SINPE Móvil.
Cancellation
Stays of 2–6 nights · Moderate
Full refund up to 5 days before arrival. Later cancellations retain the first night plus 50% of the remaining nights. No-shows and cancellations after check-in are non-refundable.
Stays of 7+ nights · Firm
Full refund 30 or more days before arrival; 50% refund from 7 to 29 days; non-refundable less than 7 days before arrival. The cleaning fee is refunded when the property was not occupied.
